Report a Bug


Your feedback goes a long way in making the Valve Store shopping experience better. 

If something’s not working, please follow these guidelines to let us know more.


-       Email all bug reports to

-       Please include one bug per email.

-       In the subject, briefly describe the bug and tag it as [BUG].  For example, “[BUG] cannot load my account profile.”

-       In the body of the email, include a detailed description of the bug you are encountering.  A step-by-step instructions to reproduce the bug will help us find the problem even faster.

-       If applicable, attach screen shots of the bug.
